Sean Stroud has been a licensed mortgage professional since 2005 and brings over two decades of experience helping clients secure the right financing for their homes. Originally from California and now based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Sean has built a strong reputation throughout South Florida for his knowledge, reliability, and ability to structure loans that fit each client’s unique situation.

Before entering the mortgage industry, Sean was a professional snowboarder, an experience that instilled the discipline, focus, and competitive drive he now brings to his work every day.

Sean specializes in all types of residential mortgage financing, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and new construction loans. He has also been the preferred lender on behalf of the developer for more than 27 new condominium projects, working closely with builders and buyers to ensure smooth, efficient closings.
