Hello my name is James Janoff and I have been a mortgage loan originator for 32 years.  I can assist you in all types of residential lending including, Conventional loans, FHA loans, Jumbo loans as well as specialty loans which include alternative income loans, construction loans and reverse mortgage loans.  If you are looking for a primary home or a investment property I can assist you from pre-qualification right through to closing.

  I believe there are two critical aspects to having a successful and smooth mortgage process.  The first is communication.  Having consistent communication from the initial conversation until the final congratulations is essential.  Being able to communicate to all parties during the loan process will make the process effortless and without stress.  The second is availability.  I do not work a Monday-Friday 9 to 5 schedule.  I work when you need me to work. If working in the evening or being there for you on a weekend is helpful to you that’s what I do.  In this competitive market it is necessary to be available during non-traditional working hours to give the the best opportunity to find that dream home.
